Accelerated Reader (AR) is a nationally recognized reading practice program used at Tonalea Elementary. Books that match these titles are books that may be found in public libraries, classroom libraries, home libraries, book stores, or Tonalea school library. Most Tonalea classroom libraries and the school library have AR books leveled for students. AR
is not a complete reading program nor is it proven that reading
