Saguaro students have several choices available to them to explore their creative abilities.
Classes listed for the 2007-2008 school year include:
Grades are based upon combination of a point system and a four-point rubric:
- 90-100 = A
- 80-89 = B
- 70-79 = C
- 60-69 = D
- Below 59 = F
The rubric is rated from a low of 1 to a high of 4 for the following criteria:
- Design
- Technique
- Craftsmanship
- Creativity
All students are involved in the study of aesthetics, art history and criticism along with the studio production of fine art.
