Nurse’s notes:

  • Please remember to send a water bottle with your child and encourage them to drink lots of it throughout the day.  We see many students in our office for headaches and dizziness from dehydration.  They forget to drink during the day.

  • If your child suffers from bothersome seasonal allergy symptoms, please consult your physician.  There are many new allergy medications that have minimal side affects.

  • Flu and cold season are right around the corner!  Please remind your student to wash their hands after using the bathroom, sneezing or coughing, playing outside, and before eating.  We want to keep the germs out of Copper Ridge!

Thank you for sharing your children with me!
