After the Battle o New Orleans, Jackson was to protect the settlers of the western areas by keeping track of the Native Americans.
Slaves in the newly opened western areas slowly grew but in
the Northwest Territory slaves were prohibited.
But freed slaves were not welcome either, freed slaves had to have a
$1000 security bond unless they owned land.
The Native Americans were moved around the Cherokees
declared themselves an independent nation in 1827.
Life improvements for the settlers’ included artists
starting painting, writers and education for the young women. Women were to be
taught the republican virtues sacrificing individual needs fr the good of the
community, self-reliance, industry, frugality, and harmony.

Women also were to start going to school to learn how to
accomplish this. In 1809, quote on page 209.

Rise of manufacturing in the United States
Textile factories were the first to create factories that did all
processes of the procedure of making something loans on everything for a while.
The regions of the country became interested in different types of things for there specific regions.
The country was divided up into two basic parts: THE NORTH AND THE SOUTH
The NORTH was divided up into the northwest region and the northeast regions. Each wanted the following types of items.
The northwest region: was very agriculture harvesting vast amounts of grain and other products that fed the country. However
The use of the cotton gin leads to things, which cause the various regions of the United States to become interested, only I things that will be good for their areas.

1. The United States would not get involved in the internal affairs of European countries nor would it take sides in wars among them
2. The United States recognizes the existing colonies and states of the Western Hemisphere and would not interfere with them
3. The United States would not permit any further colonization of the Western Hemisphere

Any attempt by a European power to control any nation in the Western
Hemisphere would be viewed as a hostile action toward the United States
