Speech-Language services at Cochise are part of a federally mandated Special Education program to serve students with communication delays/disorders that interfere with their ability to effectively participate in the general education curriculum.  The students must qualify according to federal, state, and district criteria in the areas of articulation, language (vocabulary, semantics, syntax, pragmatics) and fluency.
