the school year. The yearbook party was a huge success and the yearbook

even better yearbook for 2008-2009 school year.

HAVE A SAFE AND FABULOUS SUMMER!!!

About Mrs. Russell: Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Mrs. Russell moved to Arizona in 1975. She has earned her Bachelors of Science from Arizona State University and her Masters in Business Administration from University of New Mexico. Coursework for Career and Technical Education and Secondary Education has been completed at University of Phoenix and Rio Salado College. Her teaching experience includes secondary and college level instruction, as well as tutoring. It has always given her great joy to see the light bulb illuminate when a student is enlightened! Learning is a 2-way enriching experience, for she becomes just as enriched by her students.

Policies & Procedures:

The purpose of policies and procedures is to maintain a consistent learning and working environment for all. Policies and procedures are located below and may be altered as the need arises. Staff will be advised of changes as they occur.

Grading System:

All students will be graded on a total point basis. These points will come, as a result of points earned on a variety of assignments in each respective module. The points will also be reflective of individual work habits, attitude, neatness, thoroughness of work, and classroom behavior. Students will be responsible for obtaining any make-up work after an absence and for timely submitting/completing the missed assignments. The grading scale will be as follows:

                                                                A = 90 – 100%

                                                                B = 80 –  89%

                                                                C = 70 –  79%

                                                                D = 60 –  69%

                                                                F =  0 –   59%

Students should always be aware of their current grade in this class. Grades can be accessed at the link above or at http://ex.susd.org/crussell/Grades. Should you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.

NOTE: Password is first three letters of student’s last name and the last three letters of student’s ID.
